Litigation Consulting on Mexico Law Issues

On some occasions it is important to understand the implications of Mexico law regarding choice of law, choice of court, jurisdiction, causes of action, and even damages before the issues are discussed with an expert witness, the court, opposing counsel or the client. In these situations Antonio Maldonado can serve as a consultant on such Mexico law issues without the need to use him as an expert witness in the litigation.

When involved in litigation consulting Mr. Maldonado can help you by advising on the Mexican law issues as well as sharing his experience in substantive and procedural matters related to the Mexican law issues. By doing so, a well thought out strategy on how best to present the Mexican law issues can be prepared for use in the litigation.

If you think you may have a Mexico law issue in your lawsuit, contact Antonio today.
